It is imperative that we understand who we are. It is also imperative that we understand that our Holy God created us to be His special creation. We are heirs to the Kingdom of God.

Romans 8:17 says, Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

God did not create any other creature, not even the angels, to be heirs to His Kingdom. We are special. Each one of us has the same worth to Him. It matters little to Him who we are. He loves you more than you will ever know.

We need to realize that, on that cross on Calvary, Jesus Christ, the Holy Word of God, paid the same price for me, for you, and for the drunk who is face down in the gutter. He loves all of His creations, even those who do not love Him.

God has a magnificent plan for each of us. The devil, Satan, is God’s enemy and our enemy. This will give you an idea of why the enemy wants so desperately to destroy you. Satan wants each one of us to be ignorant of the fact of Salvation. Satan wants us to be ignorant of the fact that the sacrifice that Jesus Christ made for us is liberating and all-powerful.

The devil does not want you to feel that you are worthy of God’s love and attention. He does not want you to realize that you can live your life in Christ and Christ in you. He does not want you to realize that he has no power over you except that which you allow him to have.

It's high time to teach our friends and family the saving grace of Jesus Christ and also to make them aware of the secret wiles of devil. Unless Christ is the center of interest, your life will be out of focus.

We live in a time where "...the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time." (Revelation 12:12)

As Christians, we're called to a different way of thinking and acting — one that's consistent with God's character. The best thing for a Christian to do in order to help those around them is not to make other people feel guilty about their lives, but by showing them how much happier, more free, and more fulfilling life is when things are done God’s way.

What took place at the cross made us recipients of a mercy so great that it defies the imagination. The Savior took all of our rebellious acts upon Himself and died in our place. He experienced the outpouring of God's wrath so we might be forgiven and reconciled to the Father. We deserved condemnation but received God's mercy instead.

When you are able to show Jesus that you love Him by following His commandments, He will live in you. He wants to live His life in you. He wants to perform miracles through you.

You don’t have to be a religious fanatic to please God. If you get to know who He is, you’ll absolutely love Him and want to make Him happy. As new creations indwelt by the Holy Spirit, you will have the power to truly let go of the wrongs done to you and extend mercy to others as it has been given to you.

To know the will of God is the greatest knowledge, to find the will of God is the greatest discovery, and to do the will of God is the greatest achievement.

Study God's Word. Heed it. Do it.

Jesus repeatedly warned of the need for vigilance, obedience to the Word of God, guarding our minds from false spiritual teachings stuffed with false prophecies and doctrines of demons.

Millions live in the false expectation that once Saved, they can relax and await their secret rapture to the great blue yonder before all hell breaks loose on planet Earth. Not so!

It's vital our expectation of future events properly reflect God's Word and not the ravings of false prophets sung to the jingle of bookstores.

Unless we act on the understanding God graciously imparts to each of us, we will be in danger of deception. We will perish if we refuse to love the truth and be saved.

God is not interested in just saving us from hell and taking us to Heaven. He wants us to conform us to the image of His Son. (Romans 8:29)

Someone has said that the Father was so pleased with His Son that He has determined to fill all of Heaven with others like Him.

When Jesus returns, "we shall be like Him" (1 John 3:2), but the process of becoming like Him begins here and now. How does that happen? It is explained by the "all things" of "all things work together for good to those who love God" (Romans 8:28). This includes testings and trials, chastenings and denials and suffering.

To become like Him, we must follow Him, and that it is the path of sacrifice and trial (Hebrews 2:10).

Following Jesus means we must be willing to go with Him to the Garden of Gethsemane and to the hill of Calvary. We must be willing to endure suffering and rejection by those who reject Him (John 15:18-21). But following Him also leads us to the empty tomb and the place at the right hand of God. The Apostle Paul said that those who follow Him will also share in His resurrection (Romans 6:5).

And "if we endure, we shall also reign with Him" (2 Timothy 2:12). Yes, God uses "all things" to make us like Christ.

Make every effort to enter the Kingdom of God.

Many a blessing await us in the path of an obedient life. It is the true way to holiness.

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me." (Revelation 3:20)

The Bible says that God doesn’t want anyone to perish, he wants everyone to repent. Living with a loving supernatural force within you is a benefit, not a burden. Having God's help and guidance makes life better, more successful and less stressful. Going to heaven in the end is only one of the many benefits to having a friendship with God as Christianity offers.

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 7:21)
